We began this year with 57 Ormond By The Sea condos for sale so the inventory has stayed relatively low. There were 95 for sale at the beginning of 2011 so the inventory has been reduced dramatically making for a more balanced market.

Homes for sale in Ormond By The Sea Florida
There are 78 Homes for Sale in Ormond By The Sea, Florida through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as of May 31, 2013. An additional 40 homes are under contract awaiting closing. As has been the case in recent months, lenders are pricing their properties more aggressively to get quicker sales. Lenders are involved in 9 of the 78 homes for sale but 12, almost half, of the 40 homes under contract. Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $89,900 to $1,290,000.
The inventory of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale has stabilized and that is a good indicator that the market may be getting back to a being more balanced between buyers and sellers. There are investors waiting for the lower priced homes to come available and if homes come on the market at a reasonable price they are being sold quickly.
At the beginning of 2012 there were 25 Ormond By The Sea homes under contract and now there are 36, which is another good indicator for the health of the market.

Through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 79 Ormond By The Sea, Florida condos sold in 2012. That total matches the 2011 condo sales which was the highest number of condo sales in Ormond By The Sea since 111 sales in 2005. The highest priced condo sold was a 3-bedroom at the Gemini for $350,000 and the lowest priced was a 1-bedroom 1 bath at Ocean Shore for $37,000. Lenders were involved in 13 of the 79 sales as foreclosures or short sales.

These storage units have no electricity and no climate or humidity control. They are about 9 feet wide, 19 feet deep and 6.5 feet high. Apply your own padlock and access your storage unit anytime day or night. Store your stuff or a car. These units are to be used for storage only, no other activity is permitted. $125 monthly plus tax, total $133.13 monthly.
